How do I cancel my subscription?
PrayLamp Premium is managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find PrayLamp, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open PrayLamp > You tab > Settings > scroll to Account > Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I export my journal entries?
Yes. Go to You tab > Settings > Export Journal. Your entries will be exported as a PDF you can save or share.
How does AI data processing work?
When you use prayer composition, spiritual journal, or Seek & Learn, your input is processed by Google's Gemini AI model. Your data is used only to generate your response. It is never stored, shared, or used for AI training. You can revoke consent anytime in Settings > AI Features.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for PrayLamp in your device Settings > Notifications > PrayLamp. Make sure both Daily Reading and Evening Journal reminders are toggled on inside the app.
My subscription isn't showing as active
Try restoring purchases: open the Premium screen and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
